Ronan Farrow to Become the Official Millennial of Cable News

The 25-year-old son of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen (or Frank Sinatra!) will have his own one-hour weekday show on MSNBC starting in early 2014. “It’s a show about why the news matters to you — and what you can do to be a part of the story. I’m excited to shake up people’s expectations for cable news. And to get a ton of Twitter followers,” said Farrow in a press release that ends by noting that he is “two seasons behind on Breaking Bad.” His other accomplishments include graduating from college at 15 and Yale Law School at 21, several years as an Obama administration foreign-policy official, a Rhodes Scholarship, publishing in The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times, and being very handsome. If Farrow can’t get people his age to tune in, then the networks should really consider giving up on the whole generation.
